Emayian Organization build capacities of communities on management of natural resources like oil & gas, climate change, sustainable livelihoods, drug abuse and importance of education among others. We believe when communities have information, they can make informed decisions
We carry out advocacy campaigns through radio talk shows, print media and community led initiatives to advocate for reforms and sustainable changes in areas of women, children and disability rights. We have had campaigns’ against drugs in schools, unplanned and rampant sale of land and anti-fgm for Kajiado County.
We organize community dialogues on issues targeting girl child education, elders’ indigenous knowledge on climate change and climate information and opinion leaders’ engagements on natural resources management in the context of climate change.
